Order Processing Times

• Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch after your order is placed.

• An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to the courier and is in transit to your shipping address.

• During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and courier services. Once your package has been dispatched, the following are general estimates:

• 🇺🇸 United States: 7–11 business days

• 🇨🇦 Canada: 8–15 business days

• 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 5–9 business days

• 🇦🇺 Australia: 8–14 business days

• 🇳🇿 New Zealand: 8–14 business days

Please note: transit delays caused by couriers, customs inspections, or peak shipping seasons may extend delivery times beyond these estimates.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

• If an address error is detected by our system, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

• If you notice an error, please email us at support@irisene.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes before dispatch.


Delayed Delivery

We understand timely delivery matters. While we strive to ship quickly, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

• Courier or transportation disruptions

• Severe weather events

• Customs clearance or inspection

• Payment or address verification issues

If your order is delayed, we will communicate any known issues and assist in resolving them. However, Irisene cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or accept liability for delays outside our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed to the courier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen:

1. Contact us at support@irisene.com so we can help track and follow up with the courier.

2. File a claim directly with the courier (most have a claims process for lost or stolen parcels).

3. In some cases, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be recovered.

Please note: lost or stolen packages fall outside our refund policy, but we’ll do everything we can to support you in resolving the issue. If theft is suspected, filing a police report may be required.
